No. As per the Indian Citizenship act 1955, an Indian citizen is bound to disclose the fact that he / she has taken the citizenship of another country. It may be noted though, that an OCI card is issued by the Indian Government on renunciation of the Indian Passport. This document allows Persons of Indian Origin to avail of multiple benefits that One would generally avail of being an Indian Citizen. It also allows the holder to enter and exit India multiple number of times without having to apply for an Indian Visa.
